Mal’kov was born in 1965.

1982 - 1991 He studied in The State Russian Academy of Fine Arts. The main subject matter of his work became the city of St. Petersburg. During the study at Architectural Department under Professor V.S. Volonsevich he attended a course of painting techniques with Professor M.M. Deviatov and a course of drawing techniques with Professor V.V. Sokolov.

Mal’kov is an artist who is working in the tradition of Russian realistic art. His canvases reflect the poetry of the moment with creative individuality. The artist captures the hidden pulsation of nature and at the same time he can transmit the sense of tranquility and consent. His attitude of reality is expressed through colour. When looking at his beautiful squares, parks and buildings, we are experiencing the spirit of the city with his rich historical past. Cyril Mal’kov reflects the poetry of the moment on every canvas with great skill.

He had several international exhibitions. He is an artist with great possibilities. Mal’kov’s works are included in numerous collections all over the World including the Firebird Restaurant in New York and London and collections of members of the Russian Government and Parliament.
