Malkov's works are also represented in many private collections all over the world . He works with mixed media , often using unique personally developed techniques .Common in his works are the scratches or cut the paint to create unusual surfaces . Malkov is often inspired by ordinary events ,such as the launch of Playboy in Russia and he often includes numbers and symbols in many of his works . Since 1996 , Malkov also works as an architect in St. Petersburg and Moscow . Photos of his designs appear in design magazines.
