Mal'kov was born in 1965 . He studied in Russia's Arts Academy from 1982 to 1991 and the main of his work became the city of St,Peterburg .During the study on architectural faculty with Professor V.S.Volonsevich he attended a course of painting techniques with Professor M.M.Deviatov and course of drawing techniques with Professor V.V. Sokolov.
Mal'kov is an artist who is working in the tradition of Russian realistic art. He canvases with keen creative individuality reflect the poetry of the moment . The artist captures the hidden pulsation of nature and at the same time he can transmit the sense of tranquillity and consent . His attitude of reality is expressed through color . When looking at his beautiful squares, parks and buildings , we are experiencing the spirit of the city with his rich historical past . Lately , he had several international exhibitions ; Paris 1996 and recently in Genoa . Without doubt , he is an artist with great possibilities . Mal'kov's work is included in numerous private collections such as the Worldwide famous Firebird Restaurant here in Manhattan .
